The utilities button on the main menu opens the utilities area. From here you can maintain various lists from which you can select choices when you input the details of an incident.
Lists include: activities, antecedents, behaviour (separate lists for environment/rule directed behaviour, behaviour towards self and towards others), contributing factors (or triggers), locations, outcomes (consequences), physical intervention or de-escalation strategies, settings and others.
