The data analysis works on the basis of extracting the incident records and then filtering them to provide the analysis. The extract can be by date (all incidents between two dates), or for a single client, "other client" (that is, where a particular client often seems to be around when an incident is triggered), activity, location, staff member or "other staff" (on the same principle as "other client"). Multiple sections may be made by performing additional extracts to build up the list of incidents.
For the purpose of this demonstration, records within a date range have been extracted - dialogue boxes have prompted for a "from" and "to" date.
